Follow-up inspection to Sep 14, 2022.
Cooked potatoes are being stored in the prep cooler. Potatoes were at 4C.
Hot holding cabinet temperature has been increased. Continue to monitor the temperature of the rice and adjust the hot holding cabinet as needed.
Both handwash stations were accessible and equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap and single use paper towels.
Coolers were re-organized and raw meats were stored below ready to eat foods.
Scoops were stored in a sanitary manner at the time of inspection.
Facility has cleaned and sanitized areas affected by rodent droppings. Continue to monitor for pest activity and contact pest control as needed.
Equipment has been cleaned. Ensure equipment is maintained in a clean and sanitary condition at all times.
Sanitizer containers were properly labelled. Ensure containers are re-labelled as needed.
