Exhaust canopy and grease diffusers inside the exhaust canopy observed with substantial grease build up
Door handles on front cooler are sticky.
Exterior surfaces on front rice cooker observed with food debris build up.

Observation: Lighting intensity above grill too low as well as in the walk in cooler
Light not working above the deep fryer.
Several porcelain containers observed with chips. These were removed.
Corrective Action(s): Increase bulb light intensity as discussed to ensure food contact/preparation surfaces are properly illuminated.
