- Hand sinks are stocked with liquid soap and paper towels
- 100ppm chlorine residual detected in sanitizer buckets
- High temp dishwasher achieved adequate sanitizing temperature (>71C at plate's surface)
- Temperatures of refrigeration units meet regulatory requirements (<4C coolers, <-18C freezers)
- Temperature log is in place
- Staff demonstrate good personal hygiene (wearing hats)
- Utensils and equipment are maintained in a sanitary manner

ATTENTION:
- Remove all cardboard boxes (lining shelves) and newspaper from the kitchen.
- Replace the bowl used to scoop dry ingredients with a scoop with a handle. Ensure that scoops are stored in a manner so that the handle does not contact foods.
- Label the sanitizer spray bottle.
- Re-caulking required at the dishpit as it has become blackened severely.
