A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made: - Cooler 2C; freezer -18C; thermometers present; and temperatures recorded daily. - Sink in washroom had liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water. - No expired foods present. FIFO rules being followed. - All foods stored 6" off the floor. - Monthly monitoring program with a professional pest control company. Reviewed reports, all in order. No signs of pests. Snap traps and catch-all-traps present. - General sanitation levels are good. - All in order.
