Owner has added menu items: cheesecake, baklava, banana bread, mixed nuts, hummus and guacamole salsa + chips (all from supplier, not made onsite).

Found cheesecake, hummus and guacamole in fridge only at 4C (main fridge). Thermometer present.

No cut fruits for hookah. No tobacco sold.
Summary of requirements:
1. Remove glassware from premises.
2. Update menu and submit a copy to me.
3. Provide written confirmation (e-mail) that you will remain as hookah lounge without providing potentially hazardous food and will refrain from using glassware.
4. Clean the kitchen floors and counters.
