Routine inspection conducted:
Handsink in produce washing area equipped with liquid soap, paper towels, hot/cold running water
Produce washing area maintained in sanitary manner
3 compartment sink with QUAT sanitizer at dispenser, measured to be at 200 ppm QUATS (took a couple minutes for sanitizer to reach this concentration, ensure staff run this first and check the concentration before using it to sanitize)
All temperatures satisfactory:
-3 walk in coolers (meat, produce, dairy) all at 4 deg C or less
-Walk in Freezer: -19 deg C
-General sanitation good
-No signs of pests observed during inspection
-Display/retail coolers all at 4 deg C or less
-Retail Freezers at -18 deg C or less
-did not observe any expired baby food items
