Follow-up to report MBEK-CUBU2W. Sanitizer dispenser serviced, dispensing sink and surface sanitizer at concentration of 272 to 700 ppm DDBSA / 704 to 1875 ppm lactic acid. Food storage area accessible. Food storage satisfactory; no signs of pest damage or contamination, canned food appears in good condition (e.g. free of dents/bulging). Some droppings observed on floor near back; ensure areas are properly cleaned and sanitized. Outstanding: Water leak not yet fixed; catch container placed under leak. Technician on site during inspection is servicing drink dispenser. Area below drink dispenser location requires cleaning and sanitizing. It was stated that plumber to service nearby sink to provide cold water on or before August 11, 2023 once dispenser service has been completed.
