Routine inspection conducted. Findings: - General sanitation of the facility was satisfactory. - Temperature of walk in cooler & beverage coolers recorded at or below 4C - Freezers noted below -18C - 2 compartment sink had adequate supply of hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels. - Food was stored at least 6 inches off the floor. - Shelving units well organized. - No signs of pest activity observed. - Unlabelled small containers of ice cream were observed in the chest freezer.
