Corrective Action(s): Ensure raw eggs are stored below all foods to prevent cross contamination from broken eggs. Violation Score: 3 311 - Premises not maintained as per approved plans [s. 6(1)(b)] Observation: Tiles in sales area in front of ice cream freezers and sales cooler observed severely damaged. Corrective Action(s): Floors not longer are durable, or easy to clean. Replace/repair floor tiles to allow for proper cleaning of the premises.

Corrections to be done Immediately: - Ensure daily staff health checks are being done and kept on file for 30 days as required by Provincial Health Orders. Submit copy of staff health checks via email to undersigned for review. - Ensure Covid-19 safety plan includes maximum occupancy limits and daily health checks. Corrections Needed by next inspection: - Install paper towel holder in staff bathroom for paper towel to keep single use towels free from contamination - Repair/replace floor tiles in sales area to ensure they are durable, and easy to clean.
