Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer was not available at the time of inspection. Bleach was available.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Prepare sanitizer by adding 1/2 teaspoon of bleach per 1L of water to reach 100 ppm. After washing and rinsing equipment in sink #1 and #2, submerge the equipment in the 100 ppm bleach sanitize in sink #3 completely for 2 minutes.
2. Food contact surfaces must also be sanitized throughout the day. Prepare a bucket of 100 ppm bleach sanitizer and keep clean wiping cloths soaking inside.

Observation: Backdoor was left open at time of inspection. Screen door is present but it is unable to remain in a closed position. The mesh on the screen door is broken.
Corrective Action(s): Repair the screen door so it can stay closed and the mesh so there are no large gaps for pests to enter. Date to be corrected by: October 2, 2018

Observation: Walk-in cooler is unable to maintain 4C or less. Ambient temperature measured to be 6C.
