Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) Front hand-sink is obstructed with a large plastic container of water (in the basib) at time of inspection.
2) Rear hand-sink is inaccessible. A metal storage shelf unit (wheeled) is blocking access to the sink.
Corrective Action(s): Obstructions removed at time of inspection. Ensure hand-wash stations are accessible at all times.

Observation: Mouse droppings found on floors around perimeter of kitchen and dry storage room. Operator has a contract with Lower Mainland Pest Control for pest control services.
Corrective Action(s): *Remove all mouse droppings and disinfect surfaces areas with bleach/water solution.
*Request a report from the pest control technician for recommendations on how to eliminate rodent activity
*Comply with pest control recommendations to eliminate pest activity in the premises.

2) Accumulation of miscellaneous items (old equipment, tools, etc.) in the dry storage room is creating clutter, impeding effective cleaning of the space.
Corrective Action(s): *Thoroughly clean and sanitize the food premises, including hard-to-reach spaces (under/behind large equipment/shelves/tables, under dishwashing area, etc.)
*Maintain a high-standard of sanitation through reguluar, thorough cleaning to eliminate potential food sources for pests
*Ensure foods are kept in closed containers to prevent access by pests.
