Some minor cleaning needed of cupboards, shelves and drawers; hot water tap on hand sink in food prep area is leaking and needs repair.
No other problems noted at the time of inspection, all refrigerators, freezers, and hot holding units meet temperature requirements, food handling satisfactory, sanitizer is available.
NOTE: make sure staff thoroughly rinse cloths before placing in sanitizer buckets and that sanitizer in the buckets is changed frequently
