Routine inspection conducted and the following were noted at the time of inspection:
Cooler unit at 4C and equipped with thermometer.
All chicken and finger food products are pre-marinated.
Cooking temperatures for poultry products are greater than 74C and recorded electronically.
Hot holding of food products were at least 60C.
3- compartment sink satisfactory.
Quats dispenser was at 200ppm and test strips were available.
Hand washing stations satisfactory.
General sanitation was good.
All food items stored at least 6 inches off the ground.
No pest activity noted.
