Code 401 noted on Routine inspection # PKUR-CPAR98 of Feb-22-2023 Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] Observation: Handwashing sink is not draining properly and has a leak. Correction: Repair handsink immediately so it can fully utilized for handwashing. In the interim, use the sink at the two compartment dishwashing sink. Ensure the nozzle is held down with the ring so that hands are washed properly.

Follow-up inspection. -Handwashing sink has been repaired and now functioning properly. Sink is fully equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single-use towels. *Continue working on the items mentioned in inspection report PKUR-CPAR98. *Reminder, food handlers should keep fingernails clean and trimmed. If wearing nail polish or wearing artificial nails, use gloves.
