All infractions have been corrected in report#JCHY-C47LUT. -Maximum occupancy limit indicated in the COVID-19 Safety Plan. -Daily health checks of staff documented daily. -Physical distancing sign posted within the facility. -Fountain drink machine in sanitary condition. -Chlorine spray bottles at the front and back area measured at 200ppm. -Low-temperature dishwasher measured at 50ppm chlorine. -Stand-up freezer at the back measured at an air ambient temperature of -18C.
