Corrective Action(s): Discontinue practice immediately. According to 7-eleven policy, used utensils are to be cleaned and santiized at least every 4 hours. Half ice/ Half water method is acceptable but the solution must be replenished as the ice melts. Violation Score: 9 306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] Observation: Food debris acculmulation and spills noted under and behind the cooking area in the chicken room and pop concentrate storage rack.
