Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Used tongs/pizza slicer and other cutlery are stored in container with room temperture water.
Corrective Action(s): Discontinue practice immediately. According to 7-eleven policy, used utensils are to be cleaned and santiized at least every 4 hours.
Half ice/ Half water method is acceptable but the solution must be replenished as the ice melts.
