Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Various containers of individually packaged sour cream were at 10-11 deg C. Staff indicated it had been placed there the previous night.
Corrective Action(s): All sour cream packages discarded. As discussed, food must be maintained at an internal temperature of 4 deg C or less.

-Handsinks equipped with liquid soap, paper towels, hot/cold running water
- Prep/line cooler: 2 deg C
- 2 door cooler by kitchen entrance: 3.1 deg C
- 2 door cooler along back kitchen wall: 2.8 deg C
- Upright freezer: -18°C
- Hot holding at 60 deg C or greater
- General sanitation is good
- 3 compartment sink has plugs for each compartment, Quat sanitizer in 3rd compartment @ 200ppm Quats.
- Rag buckets at 200 ppm QUATS
- Dry storage area good; foods all stored off floor.
- No signs of pests during inspection.
- FoodSafe certified staff on site
