Routine Inspection conducted today. Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. Chlorine sanitizer buckets measured at 200ppm. 2-compartment sink available for manual ware washing. Prep coolers and walk-in cooler measured at 4C. Walk-in freezer and chest freezers at -18C. Pest Control Company contracted by strata bi-weekly. Overall, facility is well organized. NOTE: Ensure pest control company generates report on observations and actions.
