packing tape removed from the hood
Organizing and cleaning in the storage rooms upstairs
Fluorescent bulbs were confirmed to be plastic tube not glass
Extra large pots have been removed

Reviewed Cooling Tracking sheets -first step is borderline for 60 deg C to 20 deg C within 2 hours -suggest smaller containers for cooling -once the cooling wands arrive the targets should be met
