Observation: Ice dispenser (with handle) was noted stored within the ice machine with the handle in direct contact with the ice - picture evidence was collected.
Corrective Action(s): Remove the ice dispenser and store in a manner where the handle does not come into contact with the ice to avoid possible contamination of the ice.

Observation: **Issues still not addressed since the last routine inspection**
1. Excessive grease and carbon buildup on the baffles of the fume hood and along the edge of the fume hood.
2. Dried on debris and buildup on the underside of the 2-compartment sink - slight improvement but buildup still noted.
3. Dried on food debris noted along the bottom door gasket (interior) of the 2-door reach-in cooler.
Corrective Action(s): The cleanliness issue, especially the fume hood, has been on ongoing violation at this facility. A Correction Order has been issued.
Violation was discussed with the operator over the phone during the follow-up inspection. Clean and sanitize the aforementioned areas and maintain in a sanitary condition at all time.

Observation: **Issues still not addressed since the last and prior (October 2022) routine inspections.**
The 2-compartment sink in the kitchen area is still not installed flushed to the wall and no caulking has been installed around this area to avoid water from getting to the back of the 2-compartmet sink.
Corrective Action(s): A Correction Order has been issued due to ongoing non-compliance.
Install caulking to the back of the 2-compartment sink and wall to avoid water from seeping behind.

Observation: No staff onsite in the absent of the operator has FOODSAFE level 1 or equivalent.
Corrective Action(s): Outstanding violation from the previous routine inspection. Have at least one member whose onsite while the operator is away sign up for FOODSAFE level 1 or equivalent.

Observation: **Note: This is a repeated violation**
No soap dispenser or soap available by the only handwash sink in the bar/ kitchen area.
Correction: As per staff, they are unable to find a soap dispenser that is able to fit by this handwash station. Handwash station must ALWAYS be stocked at all time with liquid soap and paper towel. This is ample space for a soap dispenser. Purchase a soap dispenser by the end of today and have one by this handwash station stocked with liquid soap at all time.
Discussed with operator on the phone about the importance of maintaining the handwash station stocked at all time.

Follow-up inspection conducted for inspection report# KLAI-CNVRPC
Hot soup was noted at over 60C in the hot hold unit.
Soap was available in the soap dispenser by the bar/ kitchen handwash station.
Did not observe any instances where handwashing was required during the inspection.
Did not observe bowl or improper dispenser stored within the ice machine.

A Correction Order has been issued for the violations that were noted during the last routine inspection (KLAI-CNVRPC) that has yet to be addressed. Some of these violations are repeated violations that were noted in previous routine inspections from October 2022 as well. Please correct by the next follow-up inspection date. If repeated violations are still noted, increase enforcement actions may occur (ticketing, Closure Order, etc.).
