Parts are on order Prep cooler (used for pizza) not in use Front sweets display cooler currently not storing gulab jamun A double door fridge has been turned on in back room (across from banquet dish pit) and is maintaining product temperature of 4C. OK to use this Buffet items tested at approx 2:30pm at 60C. Good You must begin using your records! Start today. I will check this upon my return on Thursday
