A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were found: - Coolers 4C; freezers -21C; thermometers present; and temperatures recorded daily. - All foods stored in food grade containers; covered; and 6" off the floor. - No expired foods for sale. FIFO rules being followed. - General sanitation level is good. No signs of pests. - Quats sanitizer in spray bottles were 200ppm. - All in order.
