Routine inspection conducted:

- All coolers 4C or less
- Walk-in freezer at -18C.
- Quats sanitizer available from dispenser and in sanitizing buckets at 200 ppm. Test strips on site.
- Hand washing stations supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
- Discussed cleaning and sanitizing frequency of equipment. Department head stated equipment that is used continuously is washed and sanitized at least every four hours.
- One of the enclosed meat display case cooler has been replaced with a new standup cooler unit for pre-packaged meat. Temperature of the unit was at 4C.
- No pest noted
