Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Handsink in meat processing area completely berried by boxes and containers. Paper towel dispenser is out of paper. Paper roll available behind meat slicer unit.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure handsinks are free of obstructions to allow use by food handlers when needed. Hot & cold water, liquid soap and paper towel must be available at all handsink stations. Restock paper towel dispenser to allow easy access for staff.

Observation: 1.Missing protective cover over exposed bulb in walk in freezer and cooler.
2. Meat grinder processing light missing protective sleeve over tube light.
3. Cardboard box of corn and cardboard box of zucchini stored under table supporting a meat grinder with raw meat debris and packed raw meat.
Corrective Action(s): 1./2.Ensure all light fixtures are covered to protect food from physical contamination.
Correction date: 1 week
3.Do not store any ready to eat foods (produce) under or next to bloody raw meats and juices to protect it from contamination. Remove produce from under table. All meat processing must be done separate from the storage and processing of other foods.
