Observation: Observed a used frying pan on new stove top with food debris and grease. Operator stated he had made an omlette for breakfast for himself.
Corrective Action(s): Please note as per your permit, you are not permitted to produce grease laden vapors as there is no ventilation. This includes grease laden vapors produced for personal use.
