Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Glass front cooler at 8C with probe thermometer. One potentially hazardous food item moved to another cooler as it was just placed in there. All other pies, bread and cookies are not potentially hazardous
Corrective Action(s): Cooler cannot be used if it is not maintaining 4C. This cooler has issues previously, if it is not repaired it must be removed so staff do not place potentially hazardous food it in.
