Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Chlorine bleach used to manually prepare sanitizer solution is not suitable for usage as a no-rinse sanitizer. This is a laundry-grade bleach product, which contains additional chemicals/additives for use on clothing.
Corrective Action(s): Rinse all food-contact surfaces with fresh water after sanitizing. In the future, use only regular, unscented bleach for preparing sanitizer solutions. Bleach should be mixed with water at a ratio of ~1 tsp. bleach per Litre of water.
