Hot water is surrounding containers to keep food hot. -->No items observed blocking any handwashing sinks -->Bowl removed from dry good containers -->Mice droppings have been removed -->Screen door is fixed -->Most cleaning has been done -->Newspaper removed from bar shelf -->Raw wood shelves have been sealed -->Missing ceiling tile in dry storage room has been replaced -->Light cover has been placed in kitchen Outstanding: -->Ensure all food products are stored at least 6 inches above ground -->More cleaning is still required in the following areas: a) bottom compartment of deep fryers b) floor under dishwasher (that hard to reach corner) c) ventilation exhaust filters and edge of ventilation system *This facility has received three consecutive routine inspection with a high hazard rating.
