Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) 3-compartment sink is inaccessible due to items stored in front of and inside the sink
2) Sanitizer bucket (kleen pail) had dirty cloths in it, but no sanitizer solution
Corrective Action(s): 1)3-compartment sink must be accessible for dishwashing at all times. Do not store items inside or in front of the sink.
2) Sanitizer solution must always be present for sanitizing food contact surfaces. Correction date: Immediately.

Observation: Excess product in back area where three compartment sink area. Area is cluttered and floor is dirty.

Comments

Follow up inspection to verify outstanding items from previous inspection (consultation due to renovations) were complete. Flooring under pop bib shelving has been completed.
Additional violations (above) noted at the time of the inspection. In addition temperature records for hot holding are not being kept. Last completed log sheet available was Dec. 22/16. Ensure temperatures are being monitored as per food safety plan.
