Comments:
-Coolers were at 4 deg. C or below
-Freezers were at -18 deg. C or below
-Hot holding unit was at 60 deg. C or above
-Dishwasher temperature reached 75.3 deg. C at the plate.
-Handwashing stations had hot/cold running water, soap, and paper towels.
-Operator has Food Safe Level 1 certificate.
-Permit was posted in a prominent location.
-Smaller stock pots have been purchased.
-Leak at the back handsink has been fixed.
-Door sweep has been installed under the back door. (Door handle has been installed as well).
