-Hand sink and washrooms are fully equipped.
-Bleach is available on-site for sanitizing purposes. Prepare a spray bottle using 1/2oz bleach per ga water.
-Exhaust hood is still not hooked up. Stoves are not used for cooking purposes, just reheating. There's a sign by the stoves to indicate this. As discussed, since there is no proper venting, you cannot use the stove to prepare foods which generate grease laden vapors i.e. no cooking of meats, seafood, etc.
-Fridge temperature is 2 degC and Freezer temperature is -24 degC.
