- Liquid soap and paper towels were available at the hand sink.
- Bleach sanitizer was available for use (only need a 200ppm concentration i.e. 2 tablespoons to a gallon).
- No signs of a pest infestation.
- Dishwasher had to be run 4 x to reach temperature.
