Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): When tested, concentration of QUAT sanitizer was at 200 ppm. Operator indicated that the sanitizer bucket is replaced every hour.
Corrective Action(s): Required operator to replace the QUAT sanitizer so that the concentration is minimum 200 ppm. More frequent replacement of sanitizer is required and ensure that you do not refill the bucket. Always drain and empty the bucket, rinse with water then refill with new sanitizer so that dilution does not occur.
