Routine inspection conducted and the following were noted
All cooler units at 4C and equipped with thermometers.
Walk-in freezer at -18C.
Cooling of foods appeared to be satisfactory as internal temperature of food cooked in advance was less than or equal to 4C.
Yogurt products stored in original containers and labelled.
Hand washing stations satisfactory. 1 hand washing station was relocated from the right side of the prep cooler to the left side of the unit between the 2 prep cooler units.
Chlorine dishwasher achieved a final rinse concentration of 50ppm. Chlorine test strips available. Ensure unit is checked daily was test strips.
Food items properly covered.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
No pest activity noted.
