Routine Inspection conducted today.

Facility Previously Approved: Food Store, preparation of baked goods, roast coffee to be re-packed for wholesale, and coffee sampling.

Handwashing sinks well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
Chlorine spray bottles at 200ppm. 2-compartment sink available. Domestic dishwasher with sanitizing cycle available that was previously approved.
Under counter coolers, and stand-up coolers measured at 4C or lower. Stand-up freezers and chest freezer measured at -18C or lower.
Food observed to be stored at least 6 inches off the floor.
No signs of pests observed. Monthly pest control contracted.

Overall, facility is well organized and clean.
