- Dishwasher reaches 71 degrees Celsius at plate surface
- 100ppm chlorine solution available for surface sanitizing
- Walk in cooler temperature, and prep cooler island temperature hold below 4 degrees Celsius
- Walk in freezer temperature is adequate
- Good food storage practices overall - no foods stored on ground, raw potentially hazardous foods stored away from ready to eat foods
- No signs of pest activity observed during inspection
- Proper thawing observed during inspection
- Vent hood canopy clean, free of grease build up
- Clean cups and glass ware stored upside down; clean cutlery stored in designated cutlery holders
- Overall sanitation is satisfactory
