Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer in the third compartment sink did not have adequate concentration of residual chlorine; approxmiately 10 ppm at the time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Required operator to increase the concentration to 100ppm of residual chlorine by adding more bleach. 100 ppm of residual chlorine met before the end of inspection

Overall sanitation is okay. As the other location closed, all of the operation had moved to this location. Organization may be needed to have a better flow.
