Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer pails were less than 200ppm.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure sanitizer is maintained at 200ppm to properly sanitize equipment, utensils, and food contact surfaces. Sanitizer solution will need to be changed as needed (when solution becomes cloudy). Sanitizer was changed and tested at 200ppm at the time of inspection.

Comments

-Under counter dairy coolers were at 4C.
-Under counter sandwich cooler was at 4C.
-Front display cooler was at 4C.
-Back upright cooler was at 4C.
-Back upright freezers were at -16C and -18C.
-Temperatures are checked and recorded daily.
-High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 78C on the dish surface (minimum of 71C required for proper sanitizing).
-Handwash stations supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Quats sanitizer dispenser was at 200ppm.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the floor and covered.
-Ice machine was clean and well maintained.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-Facility is serviced by a professional pest control operator on a monthly basis. No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and well maintained. Handwash station supplied with liquid hand soap and hot air dryer.
-Staff FOODSAFE Level 1 equivalent training valid until April 27, 2026 (Managing Food Safety - online version).
