All hand washing sinks are stocked with liquid soap and paper towel in dispensers; hot & cold running water - available;
Quat sanitizer (3-compartment sinks and spray bottles) at 200 ppm;
Test strips - available;
Hot Holding Units (soups, chicken, & hot food) > 60 C;
All coolers < = 4.0 C;
Frezers - satisfactory;
Thermometers for cold units - available;
Note: Prep. cooler that front of the cheese case - turned off (it is a storage space now);
Corner 3-compartment sink (near seafood department) - not in use (the sink is dedicated for a storage);
Temperature log - available;
Food storage - satisfactory;
Single use gloves in use;
No signs of pests are noted at the time of inspection (Traps are set and empt)

Recommendation:

- More effort for cleaning please;
- Green onion must be stored away from clean items and utensils;
- No food (such as Vicky's Dry Bread) storage near the hand washing sink please;

Note: Observed 10 packages of "Old Fashion Ham"; 300 gr; Best Before - Jn 05 2018 in the prep. sandwich cooler - corrected at the time of inspection/removed from the cooler; will be discarded/;
