Observation: Observed a set of new items on the menu. When inquired, operator is reheating pre-cooked meat such as chicken on a grill where grease-laden vapours can be released from this process, which is a fire hazard. All cooking steps must not create grease-laden vapours without proper ventilation and fire suppression system approved and inspected by fire department.
Corrective Action(s): Required operator to submit an updated menu and food safety plan. Operator is required to use the microwave/oven to reheat pre-cooked meat to ensure no grease-laden vapour is produced.
