Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Can opener blade and vegetable dicer observed to have built-up of food debris.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize aforementioned items. If busy, dissemble and/or place equipment at dishpit to be washed at a later time when not busy.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Jug observed to be inside kitchen handwashing sink.
Corrective Action(s): All handwashing sink must be well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. All handwashing sinks must be unobstructed at all times to ensure proper hand hygiene facility available.

Observation: Exhaust hood vents observed to have built-up of grease.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize the aformentioned area. Exhaust hood vents must cleaned weekly to prevent grease build-up. Increase frequency may be warranted depending on volume. Corrected by: July 11, 2023.

Observation: Exposed wood shelving above stainless steel table in kitchen area observed.
Corrective Action(s): Seal exposed wood shelving. All surfaces must be easily cleanable and non-porous. Corrected by: August 4, 2023.

Routine Inspection conducted today.

Handwashing sinks well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
Chlorine sanitizer buckets at 200ppm. QUATs spray bottle and dispenser measured at 200ppm. 2-compartment sink available. Low-temperature dishwasher measured at 100ppm chlorine final rinse. Prep cooler, walk-in cooler, and domestic stand-up cooler measured at 4C or lower. Walk-in freezer, chest freezers, domestic stand-up freezer measured at -18C or lower.
Ice machine in sanitary condition. Ice scoop outside of ice machine. Food observed to be stored at least 6 inches off the floor.
No signs of pests observed.

Overall, facility is well organized.
