Handsinks - in the washroom, staffroom and at two compartment prep sink are all supplied with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towels. - All coolers - two walk-in cooler for produce, one dairy walk-in/display cooler and produce display coolers are measured at less than 4°C. - Freezer (display) measured at -18°C. - No evidence of pest activity is noted. - All food stored off the floor and in sanitary manner. - Audited canned produce were not damaged or dented. - General sanitation is satisfactory.
