HAZARD RATING FOR YOUR FACILITY: Moderate (16-29) Total Score = 19
Critical Hazards: Total Number: 1
302 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No surface sanitizer available at time of inspection. Staff said they're using hot water to wipe down surfaces.
Corrective Action(s): EHO had staff prepare sanitizer spray bottles with 200ppm quat chlorine solution at time of inspection.
All food contact surfaces MUST be wiped down with a sanitizer solution during general clean up. For proper cleaning at open, after food preparation, and at closing, a wash, then rinse, then sanitize must occur.
Violation Score: 15

Non-Critical Hazards: Total Number: 2
308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)]
Observation: Lids on pizza prep cooler are bent and/or hinges are broken. Lids are difficult to pull down when not in use, so staff are leaving them open resulting in elevated food temperatures.
Corrective Action(s): Repair these lids so they can be easily lifted and lowered after every use. If the hinges are broken/ inconvenient to use, staff simply won't use them.
Deadline: 1 month.
Violation Score: 3
