General sanitation is satisfactory. Microblading and eyelash extension services are not being offered ( they appear on the company flyer/brochure). Please be aware that this facility does not have authorization to provide these services. Contact us to obtain approval if you wish to include these services in the future No manicure or pedicure services are being offer currently. Single-use liners are available for the treatment beds. High level disinfectant- Preempt CS20 and bleach are available. Intermediate level disinfectant- 70% isopropyl alcohol is available. Barbicide is available. Tweezers and comedone extractor must not break the skin. Obtain a sharps container for the new single use disposable extractor needles. Install a paper towel dispenser for the handsink in the hallway. The disinfection procedures have been updated.
