A routine inspection was completed the following observations were made: - At time of inspection, the bar was not in open for service. - Cooler storing bottled drinks was 4C. Thermometer present and temps recorded 2x daily. - Food display cooler not in use at time of inspection. - Hand sinks stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water. - Glasswasher in the "Asylum" premises is used to wash glasses. - Quats sanitizer in spray bottle had 200ppm strength. - Valid, FoodSafe certified staff present. - No expired foods in use or for sale. FIFO rules being followed. - All foods stored in food grade containers; covered; labelled; date coded; and foods stored 6" off the floor on shelve, racks or platforms. - FoodSafe certified staff present. - General sanitation level is satisfactory. - No signs of pests.
