Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Marinated cooked eggs were stored under ambient room temperature. Internal temperature measured at 33C. Operator stated they were cooked a hour ago.
Corrective Action(s): Move the cooked eggs into a functional cooler. Do not store any potentially hazardous food under ambient room temperature.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Raw grounded meat stored in an metal insert was stored on top of fruits in the glass-door cooler. Meat juices observed not be leaked.
Corrective Action(s): Do not store any raw meats on top of fruits, vegetables and ready to eat foods. Move the raw meat to the bottom shelf and away from other food products.

Routine inspection:
- Coolers (Stand-up, under the counter, prep) maintained at 4C or less.
- Under the counter freezer functional.
- Tapioca pearls and milk tea time tracked and will be discarded every 4 hours.
- Hand washing stations provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- High temperature dishwasher reached 72.3C at plate level.
- 200 ppm bleach sanitizer available in buckets.
- Equipment maintained in sanitary conditions.
- General sanitation excellent.
- No pest activities observed at the time.
- Temperature records are maintained and available for review.
