-Dishwasher chlorine level >50 ppm - bucket for wiping rags >200 ppm quats
*Sanitation improved- more cleaning and sanitizing for dishwashing sinks
* There were still outdated/expired foods in cooler- been discarded at time of visit. All foods must have label with date of prep. or packed on -and expiry date- rotate and discard as required.
* Proper log sheet is required for logging temp of coolers and sanitizer level in dishwasher/glass washer / bucket for wiping rags

Conditional opening for the Car free day event: :
-more certified food handler in kitchen- with a supervisor
- no serving inside the facility JUST OUTSIDE PATIO for Car Free day event to ensure kitchen can handle it safely
-Limited menu
