Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): - Bleach sanitizer solution was not available for sanitizing surfaces.
- Blender was not being sanitized after washing.
Corrective Action(s): - Mix 1 tsp of bleach with 1 litre of water in a spray bottle for sanitizing surfaces.
- Ensure all dishes are sanitized with bleach solution (1 tsp bleach with 1 litre water) for 2 minutes after washing. Staff on-site sanitized blender at time of inspection.
