# OBSERVED IN CARE
Introduction
A unscheduled inspection was conducted to assess compliance with the Community Care and Assisted Living Act (CCALA), the Child Care Licensing Regulations (CCLR) and the relevant Director of Licensing Standards of Practice (DLSP). A covid-19 risk screening assessment was completed with the facility prior to conducting this inspection. At todays inspection, the following areas were reviewed for compliance.

Items reviewed comply with the Act, regulations & standards of practice.
Observed Violations
No violations were found during the inspection.
Comments
At the inspection dated April 15,2020 there were 3 children and 1 staff present. At this inspection no contraventions were identified. As part of this Routine Inspection a Facility Risk Assessment Tool is completed and a copy is provided.
The following discussions were had with the Licensee:
· Universal precautions
· Essential Service Registrations & Emergency contacts
· Covid-19 prevention Strategies
The following resources were provided:
· Resource package for Childcare Facilities containing info on: Covid-19; Healthy Diapering; Germ Fighting; How to cough; How to Sneeze
The information contained in the report was discussed with the Licensee and Licensing stated that the report will be emailed to the facility.
