Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Insert of 15 coffee creamers observed stored at room temperature in coffee hub area. Temperature of coffee creamers measured 25 C.
Corrective Action(s): Coffee creamers were discarded. Ensure all milk, cream, and other potentially hazardous foods are stored at 4 C below at all times to prevent bacteria growth.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Handle of scoop observed fully submerged in sugar bin in kitchen area.
2. Chlorine sanitizer observed placed in reused surface disinfectant spray bottle.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Scoop was removed from container. Ensure all scoops are stored in a sanitary manner outside the dry good bins to prevent cross contamination.
2. New solution of 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer was made in new spray bottle. To prevent chemical contamination, chemical bottles and containers are not be reused for food grade sanitizer (such as chlorine).

Observation: 1. Paper towel dispenser in kitchen area has been removed from beside hand sink in kitchen area. Nearest single use towel dispenser not within reach of hand sink.
2. Floor tile in kitchen area observed torn with large pieces missing.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Single use towel dispenser is to be installed within reach of hand sink in kitchen are to ensure staff adequately wash and dry their hands. ONLY single use towels are to be used to dry hands after hand washing to prevent cross contamination. Date to be corrected by: immediately.
2. Repair/replace floor tile in kitchen area to ensure all floors are durable, smooth, and easy to clean. Latest date to be completed: July 20, 2022.

NOTE: Peroxide Disinfectant/Glass Cleaner (DIN 02451409) is to be used ONLY for non-food contact surfaces to prevent food from chemical contamination.
